Email deliveries from our system are again working at full capacity and performance. We believe no other parts of our service were affected by this incident, but are continuing to monitor our services and will provide further updates

Due to an ongoing incident with an infrastructure service provider used by some services that we integrate with, customers may see reduced performance or partial availability of features which rely on those integrations

Cloudinary's services are not directly affected by this incident, but Cloudinary customers may be affected by delayed or failing delivery of email messages sent by our systems using a third-party service provider.

This may affect the ability to sign up for a new Cloudinary account, to receive password resets, or receive automatic notices related to invoices and receipts, etc.

We'll continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates if we identify other features or parts of our service which are affected.
