Identified - After further investigation, it appears that this is related to a wider issue in France that's affecting other services and is limited to a specific ISP. We have gotten reports that requests are starting to work again and we are continuing to monitor.

Investigating - We are currently investigating reports of connectivity issues for requests coming from France. These reports include requests made to access the Media Library and also for resource delivery such as via res.cloudinary.com. It appears that the connectivity issues may be limited to a specific ISP(s) and/or region but we are continuing to actively investigate from our side and will provide further updates.

The service is fully operational. - There is no impact on any of our customers.

The latency for our Customers in our US region is decreasing.
All use cases listed in the incident for new resources and *new updates* of existing resources are being handled properly.
We are handling (indexing) resources that should have been updated during this incident.

Identified - Customers in our US region may be experiencing increased latency on requests that update or access asset metadata, including uploading, renaming, or updating metadata of assets, and as a result, when searching for assets via the API or Media Library the search results may not reflect recent updates.
