The issue cause for the payment failures has been identified by our service provider and they are working to fix it.

We have identified an issue with our payment service. It is currently not possible to upgrade plans or modify payment details. We are investigating the issue with our payment service provider. All Cloudinary systems are otherwise fully operational.
