We've started receiving the delivery logs for the affected time period and are currently processing the backlog. Account Reports and Dashboard stats will still be incomplete until the full backlog of logs has been processed. We'll provide further updates to confirm as soon as all data has been processed.

Because this issue causes incomplete reporting of account usage, invoices for periods covering the affected dates will be delayed until the issue is resolved and the complete usage data is available

Due to an issue with delivery of logs from one of our primary CDN providers, bandwidth data for account usage beginning April 28th 2022 may be incomplete. We’re working closely with our provider’s team to gather and process the full data.
In the meantime, you may observe that the Bandwidth usage reported on your account's dashboard is lower than the actual usage, and your account's traffic reports may also show incomplete data for the affected time period.
