Between 01:00 and 03:00 UTC, a subset of customers with accounts hosted in our US region encountered increased latency for updates to their account and may have also experienced timeouts and other errors.

This was due to delayed automatic scaling after a sudden increase in request volume, and should be resolved for all affected customers - our automatic scaling rules have been updated to avoid this in the future
