Update

We have implemented a workaround for the common case in which the Imagga crop & scale API is used with width and height, and these calls will return a reply based on our internal smart-cropping algorithm until the Imagga API will be available again.

Identified

Since August 1, 7:00am UTC, API usage of add-ons for cropping and tagging has been returning errors. Add-ons affected are Imagga scale, crop and tagging. We are in touch with the add-on provider and ETA for resolution is a few hours. For mitigation and workarounds to this issue, please contact support@cloudinary and we will help you tailor a solution for your use case. Uploads that return errors for tagging are still stored and data is not lost.
