Microsoft Azure US-West is back to normal, and the elevated error levels for Advanced Facial Attributes have subsided.

Microsoft are reporting issues with their API services, see https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/status/, which are providing the Advanced Facial Attributes detection add-on. We are following up with Microsoft Azure and will update when the situation changes.
