Network issues are also affecting new image generation, and 4XX responses. CDN image delivery for existing images is not affected.

Identified

Since 16:05 UTC, customers using upload api are experiencing delays and increased error rates due to timeouts. We are taking measures to mitigate this network-related issue and expect to resolve it soon.
