The Unpkg service is currently down and is causing disruption in the delivery of package files which include - video player, widgets, and code snippets examples in our documentation and demo websites.
Incident Report for Cloudinary
Resolved
The underlying service unpkg used for delivery of Video Player package files, and code snippet examples - is now up.

We have provided a fix to mitigate this issue earlier. Unpkg outage resolution will further ensure all services related to this issue are working normally.

Identified
A fix has been rolled out to our site at 10 AM UTC that resolves the issue of code snippets not appearing in our documentation.

This fix also mitigated issues with the delivery of package files used for the video player on our website.

For customers still experiencing issues loading unpkg-hosted assets used by their Cloudinary integration, another possible workaround is to reference a specific version of the packages you're loading rather than being redirected to the latest version.

That may resolve issues you're experiencing because the unpkg service appears to be returning specific versions of many packages successfully, while still returning errors for URLs that don't contain a version number.

Investigating
We have identified that around 9 AM UTC, the unpkg service is unavailable.

If your integration with Cloudinary loads scripts or widgets from the unpkg service, those may also be affected until the service is restored. If so, you can update your application to load the same resources locally or from another service as a workaround.

Code snippets in the examples and demos were unavailable on our websites but this has been quickly mitigated.
