'Undefined index' errors for users who are using Cloudinary PHP SDK 1.0 (including Magneto)

Some customers who are using the Cloudinary PHP SDK legacy 1.X versions may have encountered errors similar to 'Undefined index: X-FeatureRateLimit-Reset' between 7:45 and 8:45 UTC. This may also have affected users who are using platform integrations based on the above versions of the PHP SDK such as Magento. The issue has been resolved from Cloudinary's side so requests outside of the aforementioned time range should be successful.
