We identified the cause of the network issues. We are working on preventing such issues from potentially happening again.

Monitoring

Starting at about 4:45 GMT our upload API failed for some of the requests after exceeding request timeout.
The upload API operates well since about 5:50 GMT.
It seems that AWS network issues were the cause of the issues. We are further investigating and monitoring the cause of the issues at the moment.
