AWS S3 behavior seems back to normal, we are monitoring ongoing operations to quickly detect further outages.

From aws status page: "12:28 PM PDT Between 12:03 PM to 12:19 PM PDT we experienced elevated errors for requests made to Amazon S3 in the US-STANDARD Region. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally"

We are continuing to closely monitor the system for failures in order to respond quickly in case these error return.

Identified

AWS S3 is unstable again since 19:03 UTC today. This is causing many new uploads and newly created transformations to timeout or fail. We are employing region-failover strategy to mitigate this issue.
