This incident has been resolved.
Between 6:52 and 7:00 UTC we experienced an increased error rate in APAC datacenter affecting uploads and new image transformations. A recovery procedure has started by on-call engineers as soon as monitoring has alerted us. Everything is in order since, and we are investigating the source of this incident.
