We have identified the issue. It affects a small percentage of our customers who are set up with a specific media library configuration. A fix will be deployed shortly.

Investigating

An hour ago we identified an issue where customers that are using multi media-library users might face issues with accessing shared folders from the main folder grid. The team is working to resolve this issue ASAP. Shared folders can still be accessed via the folder's pane.
